DJ Vegas is currently the only VJ in Raleigh showing every Saturday exclusively at Ess Lounge. VJ capability allows DJ Vegas to simultaneously show the videos of the songs he is playing on our large screen projector and plasma televisions.

Dj Vegas started djing full time three nights a week in Greenville, NC at age 17. He has played in citys from Las Vegas to miami and as high as vail way up in the colorado rockys. Dj Vegas is that rare dj that can play sets of everything from beach music to hip hop mashups or the 7hr house set that he has made imfamous with noise violation after noise violation. DJ Grant has been in the game for some time now. His style is unlike any other due to the fact that he spends hours remixing his own music, making sure you dont hear a DJ set anywhere like it.With top notch mixing skills and killer mixes pumping out of the speakers he is sure to keep the dancefloor jumping all night. He has been remixing music for almost 14 yrs. He has been DJing live for various nightclubs around Raleigh, NC for roughly 5-6 yrs. DJ Grantwas recognized at Social Magazine's 2007 DJ of the Year. DJ Frenzy

Based out of Charlotte, North Carolina he has taken the south eastern club scene by storm. He is currently the resident at Charlotte's superclub THE FORUM and it's sister club ALLEY CAT. Dj Supa Skip brings hip hop, rock, eighties, old school, house, techno, glam, and even video all fused together with turntablism, to give audiences a one of a kind partyrocker style that sends dancefloors into a frenzy! The music scene observed the ascension of Dj Supa Skip in late 90s due to his solid technical skills and of his ability to deliver a sound that sends clubs into a constant state of motion. Since embarking upon his musical journey, Skip has earned recognition for his DJ repertoire which allows him to unleash a flurry of energy every time he steps behind the decks. He is always a dancefloor favorite because of his ability to provide a variety of different sub genre's based on the vibe of the party or nightclub. Skip has also unleashed his turntable fury in Tampa at the Underground, Miami's infamous Mansion Nightclub, and in Atlanta at Level 3. He is currently a monthly resident at ATL's hottest new club, The Compound. DJ Funk Junkie

DJ Funk Junkie plays out in Raleigh, Atlanta, Charlotte, Orlando, Richmond, Va. Beach and Knoxville, opening up for headlining DJ's and acts like: DJ Skribble from MTV, Funk Master Flex, Cypress Hill, Naughty by Nature, Gin Blossoms, and Violent Femms. Funk Junkie started as an underground DJ in 1998 going to raves/parties. His first gig was in Greenville, NC at the Sports Pad. Influenced by DJ Icey and Simply Jeff, DJ Funk Junkie spinns funky breaks, house, trance and drum ‘n bass. He’s DJ'd all over the east coast from Atlanta, Charlotte, DC, Va. Beach, Knoxville, Miami, Tampa, Orlando, South Carolina and out west in Texas. He’s transitioned into hip hop and still spins dance music, and still does parties. You can catch DJ Funk Junkie somewhere in Raleigh or on the radio on 88.1 or G105, and in Wilmington on 96.

DJ Snugglz

Adam Hayes aka DJ Snugglz is an import from Ohio, who now calls the Carolinas home. His musical journey began in Myrtle Beach, SC at a weekly hot spot known as The Industry, although not as a Dj but as one of the clubs staff members. Adam was able to spend much of his time behind the booth watching countless super dj’s like Baby Anne, Icey, and Ak1200 perform. He was indeed a student of the game. With the help of Jeff Clark (Skip A Beat) and what he had been learning while working at the club, he was able to hone his skills and molded himself in to a local favorite. His hard work and musical talent helped Adam land his first residency at the world famous “Mother Fletchers”, Myrtle Beach’s hottest high-energy dance club. He spent the next 3 ½ years moving the Fletcher’s summer and spring break crowds with the hottest mix of new hip hop and dance tracks. During this time Snugglz was able to develop his skills even further to make him an “in demand” dj on the Grand Strand. This helped Snugglz gain a spot at the infamous Global Groove Productions Summer Foam Party Series (as seen on the E channel). Adam is more that just a guy spinning records. He also puts his hard work and determination back into the music community. He has sponsored many events around the Coastal area, and supports others when they do the same. This along with his support of A Beat Productions since it’s inception has prompted A Beat to sign Snugglz on to their already impressive roster of Carolina Dj’s. Snugglz ability to combine different styles of music from hip-hop to breaks, breaks to trance, have made him a super crowd pleaser.
